At Metaal Flex in Hapert, you work as an Intermediary supporting our employees at existing clients. To do this you must be able to speak the Dutch language. You are the main point of contact and regularly visit both clients and employees on site. You make sure everything runs smoothly, from placement and planning to evaluations and employee wellbeing.
You will join a close knit team within a no nonsense organisation where everything is well organised from A to Z. With 400 employees, a dedicated campus with studios, 30 vacation days and a salary between €3.000 and €4.000. You receive a company laptop and phone, access to training and plenty of room to work independently.
