Freelance Recruitment Marketer – French Market (Remote)

We are Maximizd, a fast-growing European B2B recruitment marketing company. We help companies fill their vacancies through high-performing social media campaigns, and we’re now scaling fast in France.

For this growth, we’re looking for a freelance recruitment marketer who can run campaigns for our French clients in a plug-and-play setup.

💼 What you’ll do:

•              Set up and manage recruitment campaigns for French clients (Meta / social ads)

•              Write compelling ad copy in French

•              Launch, monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance

•              Keep clients accountable with clear updates and expectations

•              Run a bi-weekly evaluation call with the client to discuss results and next steps

•              Work closely with our internal team to improve performances across campaigns

•              You are fluent or native in French

•              You communicate clearly and professionally with our clients

•              You enjoy performance-based work and optimization

•              You work independently, but value feedback and collaboration
