Vacancy: Customer Service Executive at Alline in Hoofddorp

Are you fluent in Mandarin and English? Do you have strong communication skills and enjoy helping customers? Then this is your chance! At Alline, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Chinese-speaking customers, helping them with orders, questions, and after-sales support.

What will you do? You will answer customer questions via email and chat, translate product and service information into Mandarin, and ensure clear and culturally sensitive communication. You will process orders, handle complaints, liaise with colleagues where necessary, and collect feedback to help improve our services. Every interaction you handle will help build trust and satisfaction. All customer interactions are documented in our CRM system.

What we offer:

  • Full-time office-based role (9 AM to 5 PM)

  • Salary between €2,400 and €2,800, depending on experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and good command of English
