At SILICON, as a Regional Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for your own region: you’ll open doors with new clients and build long-term relationships in the petrochemical, chemical, cement and shipbuilding sectors.
The great thing about this role is that you combine technical expertise with sales. You’ll work with clients to solve their refractory challenges, manage your own pipeline, revenue and margins, and, together with our engineers, deliver product demonstrations of our anchoring systems and RAW welding technology.
You’ll be part of an international, informal team with over 25 nationalities. A niche player since 1982 with clients all over the world.
You have at least 5 years’ B2B experience in a technical environment, are fluent in English and German or French, and are willing to travel worldwide.
You will receive a salary of between €5,000 and €7,000, plus bonuses, a company car and an €850 training budget.
